When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Email Notification for Order Placement & Delivery
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order.
We will also send you an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
If you did not receive these emails please check your Junk/Spam folder then add us to your Contacts so emails from us will go to your Inbox.
Mail theft is on the rise so we encourage customers to provide a shipping address that is safe for mail carriers to leave packages.
SaxVon is NOT responsible for packages that are missing or stolen after the tracking shows it has been delivered.
If you require a signature upon delivery please select the Signature Required option at checkout and pay the additional fee imposed by the shipping carrier. (USPS, UPS and FedEx charge an additional fee for signature deliveries).
We automatically require a signature upon delivery for orders over $100
Undeliverable Due to Incorrect Address
Please ensure that you provide us with your complete and correct address.
Do not forget to include your apartment, suite, unit number or zip code.
If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the full shipping charges to resend your package.
SaxVon offers a discounted shipping rate on all orders. If you require us to reship your package after it has been returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the full cost of the shipping charged by the shipping company.
We ship to over 120 countries worldwide!
Note that there are restrictions on some products due to their chemical composition, so some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties and fees imposed by the government of your country.
